   University administration and trade union of the University carry out a work on social assistance of trainers and students of ATU. Celebrations in honor of veterans of Great War and labor, awarding passes and material encouragement, annual celebrations of ATU are integral parts of the tradition.

 Formation and education of growing generation is the base on which the strong and healthy state is under construction and keeps. In 1999 in АТU the first committee in the republic on youth affairs (CYA) has been created. Developed traditions of CYA have created a basis for new public organization of students - Council of youth of ATU. Council of youth of АТU takes part in the decision of key questions of the university activity. Members of Board of youth are taking part in the Council of departments and Academic board of АТU.
Training events at the University are coordinated by vice-rector on training work candidate of economical sciences, associate professor Aubakirov Abilkair Ablakimovich, who has experience of pedagogical activity at institutions for 25 years.

 All the trainers and members of the University are united into professional committee of ATU, which is headed by Batholdin Kaltai Seitovich.

 The president of the Board of youth is Tleuzhan Ramina – student of a 4 year of the department of food production.
