Background information > Partnership and cooperation The collective and management of ATU provide with a search of optimal decision of more important problems of the University’s development. One of the main directions of the strategy is partnership and cooperation.
The main problem of the University is qualitative preparation of innovation-oriented specialists in priority fields of technique and technologies on the base of unique process of obtaining, spreading and applying of new knowledge in close cooperation with branch enterprises and organizations.
System integration of the University’s activity with strategic partners is oriented to forming of long-time scientific and education cooperation, activation of innovation activity and development of unique information space, international cooperation in the field of education, science and culture, job placement of young specialists – graduates of ATU.
To achieve these aims the University jointly with enterprises-partners solves the following problems:
· Development of system of continuing education: secondary vocational education, higher vocational education, postgraduate education (master course, PhD), improving of qualification and specialists retraining.
· Development of fundamental and applied researches, active use of the newest scientific achievements as the base of preparation of high-qualified specialists and staff of higher qualification.
· Strengthening of role and status of the University as public institute, providing with obtaining and spreading of knowledge, spiritual culture and moral.
· Development of cooperation in direction of its functional and institutional integration with strategic partners and use of modern methods of management.
· Preservation and improving of the University’s human potential quality, logical realization of social partnership principles.
